Free Shipping Over $40
We are proud to give our lovely customers the best value and service, and that is why we provide FREE shipping from our warehouses in China. We have considered shipping domestically from United states to United states, but due to the sheer size and weight of our plushies it is far too expensive to have a warehouse in the US, CA, UK, AUS, or EU.
Shipping to selected countries
We only offer our international tracked shipping services to 31 countries including the US, UK, CA, NZ, AU and many countries in Europe.
Customs
The majority of our plushies are shipped successfully without incurring any customs fees. We would also like to mention that we are not responsible for any delays during custom checks as we have no control over the shipping times once the plushie has shipped out.
In order for us to keep shipping costs low and avoid any customs fees we ship out our larger plushies in separate parcels, so please take note that your plushies will arrive at different times.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
